When it comes to cell phones, two things are certain: You’ll make phone calls on it, and at some point, you will damage it. It’s nothing personal; everyone will suffer from a broken cell phone at some point in time.
Luckily, no matter what damage you do to your device, RepairLabs can help you get it fixed up. Though we can’t offer every repair on the face of the Earth, we do offer the most extensive list of available devices and repairs of any repair shop nationwide.
Though if you call in and ask, we can most likely fix whatever device you have if it’s not listed, the biggest devices that we offer extensive repairs for include the iPhone, Samsung Galaxy phones and the HTC phones, among others.
iPhone – What kind of repair service would we be if we didn’t offer a complete list of repairs for the world’s most popular smart phone? A bad one! Good thing for you, though that RepairLabs has been at the forefront of iPhone Repair Innovation since the initial launch of the iDevice many years ago.
No matter which model you own, RepairLabs can fix up your issues. Recently our Ecto-Dynamic System helped revolutionize iPhone 5 Screen Repair, and that was just the first of many innovations that we are constantly working on.
Samsung – The world’s second most popular smart phone brand. Whether you believe the iPhone is superior to the Samsung line of phones or not is irrelevant when it comes to repairs. We don’t discriminate, and offer repairs for all the different Samsung devices floating around the market these days, including Samsung Galaxy S3, Galaxy S4, and the Note models.
It seems like water damage and Samsung Galaxy go hand-in-hand, which is why RepairLabs offers the nation’s most comprehensive water damage repair service. Using RepairLabs’ specially-formulated cleaning solution, we are able to clean the corrosion on your logic board that is holding your device back from working properly.
HTC – Recently HTC has had a huge boost in sales figures thanks to a hot new line-up of phones, including the HTC One and the HTC One Mini. With these new devices hitting the market regularly, it’s hard for us here at RepairLabs to keep our pages 100% up to date at all times, but rest assured, if you call in, one of our Certified Technicians will most certainly be able to help you find out what repair you need and get the repair order set up.
Don’t fret if you don’t see the repair you need under the phone you need. Many of the newer devices only show up with Diagnostic and Water Damage Repairs available because we haven’t had the chance to do every repair possible on the device. We’re still prepped and ready to do phone surgery at your request.
There are a few things to take into account before you decide to send your broken device to us. Yes, we can repair any device, but sometimes the cost of parts and labor for old devices almost breaks even with the cost of just buying a new device.
Yes, this is sad news to hear, but that’s sadly the case with the way phones depreciate in value over time. If you’re absolutely set on getting your older device fixed, go ahead and send it in! We’d be more than happy to fix it.
You’ve made the hardest choice already, picking the repair shop for you, (you also made the right one) now the rest is easy. Simply select the manufacturer of your device, a carrier, and the device itself. At that point, you are a few simple clicks away from having your device repair ordered.
Whether you choose to have us send you a box, or you want to send it to us yourself, please take care to make sure you package your device properly so that no further damage is done to your device during transit to our repair facilities.
A few packing tips from our Certified Technicians include: Using plenty of packing material, whether it be packing paper, bubble wrap, foam, or even newspaper, and to make sure to use a properly fitting box, anything too small can cause the device to get damaged when the box gets banged around, anything too big and you will need a lot of packing material to fill the empty space.
